Hi, I’m Ben and I own and operate Rocky Mountain Films

I’ve been a professional videographer since 2017 and specialized in weddings since 2019. In that time I’ve filmed almost 200 weddings and loved every moment of it. I enjoy taking a couple from first contact to delivery of their completed work all on my own, and of course the flexibility that comes with working as a small business.

When I’m not running the business, filming or editing, you’ll find me at home with my family, usually working on some part of the house because I also built my house and safe to say it’s a never-ending journey! (see “Ridgy Didge Ranch” on YouTube)

I grew up in Australia and am doing my best to hang onto the accent. Before coming to the US I worked as an airplane pilot and hold a bachelors degree in Physics. Really that just means I’m pretty good on the drone and I’m far too interested in the inner workings of my camera!
